Burrata & Grilled Peach Salad with Honey-Balsamic Glaze

This Burrata & Grilled Peach Salad blends sweet, savory, and creamy in every bite. Perfect for warm days, elegant gatherings, or when you want to bring rustic charm to your table. Fresh, seasonal, and soulfully simple — just the way we love at Casa Dolce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

  • 1 ball of burrata cheese

  • 2 cups arugula or mixed greens

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • Sea salt & cracked pepper

  • Optional: toasted walnuts or pistachios, fresh basil leaves


🔥 Instructions:

Grill the Peaches:
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat. Brush peach halves with a bit of olive oil and place cut-side down. Grill 3–4 minutes until charred and tender.

Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth.

Assemble the Salad:
Arrange greens on a serving plate. Tear burrata gently and place over greens. Add grilled peaches, drizzle the glaze, and top with salt, pepper, and optional nuts or herbs.

Serve Immediately:
Enjoy it warm or at room temperature with a slice of rustic bread or alongside a crisp white wine.
